View was ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING, breakfast was perfect, and beds were comfy. Irish bar was large. Garden areas were small and staff was best. Had no problem using their free parking, the internet was reliable. Easy walk to the tidy beach.

The property is quiet and the staff is welcoming. Loved that we had central heating, a multi-channel TV and a radio in the queen room. So close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Breakfast was included, that was a bonus. It's good value, with Wi Fi...

A SUPERB breakfast was served there. Thanks to the central station nearby, all the landmarks in Rome were within reach. We do recommend, maybe to friends.
